How do I create an account online?
Creating an account is easy! You can register here https://www.inspirationspaint.com.au/register
Once your Paint Club® account has been created, you can use this to shop in-store on online. If shopping in-store, your mobile number or email address is your account identifier.
I have an account I use in-store but I can’t log in or remember my password.
You may have a Paint Club® account that has been used in-store but not activated for use online. You will need to activate your account for online purchases here: https://www.inspirationspaint.com.au/find-account
Once you enter the mobile number or email address associated to your in-store account you will be sent an activation link via SMS or email. Follow the instructions in the link (include setting a password) to activate your online account.
How can I place an Order?
Placing an order with Inspirations Paint Online is simple.
- Firstly, select the items you wish to purchase and click the Pink “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your order. Continue with this process with any other items you wish to purchase. For paint purchases, you will also need to potentially select Sheen level, Colour, Size and Quantity where appropriate
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Order” icon in Grey at the top right of the page
- Confirm your order, then select proceed to checkout
- You will then be prompted to either login to your existing account or create a new account if not already registered
- Follow the prompts at the bottom right hand side of each page to complete the process
Using the Click & Collect and Click & Deliver feature of Inspirations Paint is simple.
- Choose your preferred store from the top of the page or you can do this at any stage during your online shopping
- Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your “Order”
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Order” icon at the top of the page to complete your order
- Select your nearest store if you have not chosen a store yet
- Only one store is permitted per order
- If any of your items are unavailable at your chosen store, you can click “Check Nearby Stores” to select an alternative store close by
- Proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to either login if not already logged in to your existing account or create a new account if not yet registered
- Follow the prompts at the bottom right hand side of each page to finalise the order
- You will receive a confirmation email advising you that the staff at your chosen store will be in touch with you as soon as your order is complete
- For Click & Collect orders, you will select the date and time you will pick-up your order during
- For Click & Deliver, select your preferred delivery date. Your chosen store will phone you to confirm the delivery date, time (morning or afternoon), and any applicable freight charges.

If I make the payment Via Credit Card, are my details Protected and Secure?
To ensure Inspirations Paint online purchases are secure and protected, all transactions on this site are processed using eGate. This is an online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure, hosted environment. Protecting your personal information and the orders placed through the Inspirations Paint website is our priority. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, the Inspirations Paint website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your internet browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal ‘http:’ - this means that you are in secure mode and environment.

Order Information:
Once your item is ready to be picked up from your nearest store, you will receive a notification email.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives on (1300 368 325) or email us (orders@insp.com.au) and they will advise whether a cancellation or a change to your order is possible.
It is only possible to cancel or change your order if the picking process has not commenced.
Refunds or Exchange:
Inspirations Paint will gladly accept returns for refund on all sales at our stores (except tinted colours) which are still in a saleable condition and accompanied by original receipt of purchase.
Tint policy: Please choose your colour selections and quantities carefully as once the paint is tinted to your choice it can not be returned for a refund.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact your nearest Inspirations Paint store and they will advise you on what’s possible and take you through the necessary steps. You will need to provide:
- A receipt of purchase
- The goods purchased in a saleable condition
We kindly ask you to have your purchase order number and email address used during the order process to hand, so we can locate your order.
